PLEASE READ OVER EVERYTHING IN THE OUR POLICIES SECTION PRIOR TO FILLING OUT A PUPPY APPLICATION. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW AND UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES, AND THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO AGREE TO THEM.
The price of each puppy is $1,500, which includes a non-refundable deposit of $300.

Payment of the deposit will only be accepted via cash, cashier's check, money order, credit card, or PayPal. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. (If paying by credit card or Paypal, a 3% surcharge will be applied to all payments - total will be $309 instead of $300). The remaining balance will ONLY be accepted in the form of CASH, which will be due upon arrival to pick up your puppy. Cashier's checks and money orders need to be made out to:

You will be able to pick out the puppy of your choice after your deposit has been paid. Puppies will be chosen in the order we receive the deposits, so make sure to get yours in as soon as possible to ensure you get the puppy you want.
We will always expect anywhere from 6-8 puppies per litter, but every litter will vary.
Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks. If you are unable to pick up your puppy at the 8 week mark, there will be an additional charge of $20 per day (plus the cost of any treatment needed during that time) until the puppy is picked up.

WE DO NOT SHIP PUPPIES. We feel it is too stressful on the puppies, so we choose to opt out of that method.
We are within a few hours driving distance of Jackson, MS; Nashville, TN; Little Rock, AR; and Birmingham, AL. If you need help picking up your puppy we can make arrangements with you to meet up to halfway at an agreed upon price, which would be due prior to the trip. Price will include hotel, fuel, food, and time expenses - if applicable.
We will contact everyone on our waiting list at the same time prior to the puppies being born. Once the puppies are born, we will determine how many males and females there are. At that time, we will place a collar on each puppy. Each collar is a solid color, and this will help us keep up with each puppy over the next 8 weeks. We will contact everyone on the waiting list again after the puppies are born to let you know the exact date and time that deposits open. Once deposits open, we will only accept the same amount of deposits as we have puppies available. In the order of deposits received, we will send you pictures of all the puppies available at the time of your selection, and you can pick a puppy by color of collar. If you specify a gender, color, and/or coat we will send pictures of only those puppies that match your criteria. We will then reserve that puppy for you, and we can send you pictures and updates if you would like. On puppy pickup day, once you have paid your balance in full, we will remove the collar and you can finally take your sweet fur-baby home.
ONLY EXCEPTION TO THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
A deposit is not a guarantee. In the unfortunate event that there is a shortage in puppies, or there is not one puppy of the gender and color you are looking for (and you choose not to pick otherwise) you have the option to push your deposit forward to the next litter. We cannot promise that you will be the first on the list, in case others have already started reserving puppies. If you are unwilling to wait, we will refund your deposit.
*UNDER NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED*
We have a strict no visitation policy to protect our pets and puppies, so only on puppy pick-up day will you be allowed to visit. Furthermore, only those customers who have paid their deposits to reserve a puppy will be allowed to visit.
On the day that you pick up your puppy (if coming to our home) it is VERY IMPORTANT that you not visit any canine facility, including breeders, shelters, pet stores, or veterinarians prior to arriving at our home. The risk of disease transmission is just too high, and we do not want to take any risks.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER TAKE ONE OF OUR PUPPIES TO A SHELTER!
Should you ever find yourself in a situation where you can no longer provide a home for your Sweet Southern Doodle puppy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be glad to provide a temporary home for the puppy until we can rehome it.
Animal shelters are usually overwhelmed with animals needing forever homes. They are wonderful places for pets who have been lost and/or for stray animals. We do not want our puppies to add to those numbers, so please return the puppy to us if you cannot take care of it. Please note, however, there will be no reimbursement of any monies paid whatsoever, but your puppy will have a safe, free place to live.
**WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO COLLECT OUR PUPPY FROM HIS/HER NEW HOME IF THERE IS ANY REASON FOR US TO BELIEVE HE/SHE IS IN DANGER, IS BEING NEGLECTED, OR IS BEING ABUSED. WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES FOR ASSISTANCE IF NEEDED**
We will send you home with a sample of the food your puppy has been eating. We feed our puppies HOLLISTIC SELECT PUPPY FOOD. We highly recommend that you continue to feed this specific food to your puppy, and switch him/her to the adult food at one year old. Puppies come with a 2 year Health Guarantee that must be signed by the buyer on the date of purchase/pickup. Buyer and seller will each have a copy of the signed contract, including the Health Guarantee, to keep for their records once the puppy leaves the seller's possession.
